USDT的离岸人民币现在怎么样了（下篇）

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">这一行为被 NYAG 视为涉嫌非法交易，NYAG 在今年 4 月份公布文件，指控二者违反法律并随后将他们告上了法庭。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">前者在 5 月份通过发行平台币、私募融资的方式，在短短 10 日内就顺利完成了 10 亿美元的筹措，解决了燃眉之急；后者则在 4 月份开始就在 Omni、以太坊、波场三大公链进行了多次增发，数量超 6 亿枚，7 月份还在以太坊上继续增发，数量近 4 亿枚。近期完成一笔增发之后其总量已经近48亿枚USDT。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">而 Bitfinex 和 Tether 的关系，一直备受业内关注。而作为 Bitfinex 股东的赵东，在接受 cointelegraph 采访时指出，二者拥有相同的管理团队。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">从最近USDT的风险来说，他们需要增加系统强度，随着USDT的问题越来越大，Tether公司也需要发行一种备选方案的货币来掌握稳定币市场。其结果就是发行了EURT和CNHT的稳定币，但是针对中国市场的CNHT却被中国交易所抵制而无法增加其流动性。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">而离岸人民币的大量使用势必会引起监管部门的注意，到目前位置中国的离岸人民币交易出口相当少。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">同时也是因为国内对这一点的严格把控，其中对加密货币的谨慎态度也是同样的道理。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">Primitive Ventures创始合伙人Dovey Wan在推特上表示，中国的监管机构可能会被该举措激怒，希望这不会对Tether产生负面影响。其还表示，“这一举措现实意义不大。离岸人民币的入金实质和美金一样，在岸人民币入金到BTC或者USDT是依赖于P2P OTC。新的稳定币不管是任何币种，都很难有和USDT同样数量级的流动性，更不用说作为次级资产抵押的人民币。不知此举意义何在。”</p>
